SAN DIEGO, CA — Tina Millan, senior vice president and national director for aviation services at WSP USA, will speak at the upcoming Airport Consultants Council (ACC) Annual Conference and Exposition.
This year’s ACC conference will be held at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California on November 6-8, 2017.
Ms. Millan will be speaking on “Disruption – New Opportunities for Finance and Deliver Projects at Airports,” on Monday, November 6th at 4:30 p.m. The session features industry leaders discussing the evolution of program financing and strategies in the delivery of successful projects in today’s changing landscape. The session will explore new methods consultants are using to assist airports of all sizes in delivering capital programs.
Ms. Millan manages WSP’s aviation technical excellence center, delivering a full range of planning, program/construction management, design, and strategic advisory services to aviation clients across the country. She has more than 15 years of experience managing large-scale capital infrastructure programs in the U.S. and globally.
