Aviation Facilities Company Management, LLC (AFCO) has promoted Eli Gregory to Executive Vice President – Airport Investment & Development. In his new position, Gregory will be responsible for growing the company’s portfolio through investment, acquisition, and new development. He will maintain key relationships with airports and tenants where AFCO has existing operations and develop new relationships as AFCO continues to grow and expand its business.
“AFCO is fortunate to have a person with the experience and talent of Eli Gregory on our senior leadership team. Eli knows the airport development and infrastructure space and AFCO’s business well and will be able to take on additional responsibilities and duties at this critical time in AFCO’s history,” said AFCO’s President & CEO Chuck Stipancic.
Gregory, who has been with AFCO since 2019, is currently a Vice President with the company, based at its headquarters in Dulles, Virginia.
“I look forward to further engaging with Chuck and the AFCO team in collaborating and partnering with airports and users around the U.S., and in key international markets, to provide value added, airport infrastructure solutions, and growth opportunities for the company,” said Gregory.
Gregory, 44, holds an MBA and MS in Environment & Resources from Stanford University and a BS in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University.
Gregory and his wife, Tonia, have three children and reside in northern Virginia.
