Mesa, Arizona — The Boyer Company (Boyer) has announced that XNRGY Climate Systems (XNRGY), a leader in the design and manufacturing of advanced energy-efficient commercial climate control systems, will be the first tenant in Gateway East, a 273-acre airport business park located at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (PMGA, Gateway Airport).PMGA selected Boyer as the Master Developer for Gateway East in 2022 to help market and develop a unique mix of nearly four million square feet of high-quality office, manufacturing, industrial, and commercial retail opportunities.
This will be the site of XNRGY’s U.S. headquarters. Phase one of the project will include a 250,000 sq. ft research and projection facility and 25,000 sq. ft. of office space on 17 acres. XNRGY also has options to build an additional 750,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space. XNRGY’s investment in this site will create more than 1,200 employment opportunities and hundreds of millions of dollars in economic impact. Gensler is the project architect and Clayco is going to be the general contractor.
