FORT MADISON, IA – November 10, 2023 - Cryotech Deicing Technology is proud to announce it has achieved certification to the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety standard, demonstrating its commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, sustainable work, and equal practices. This is the third ISO standard certification for Cryotech.
ISO standards define the structure of a company’s management systems. Companies seeking certification must distinguish how their systems meet the standards’ rigorous requirements. Once certified and to maintain certification, the systems are reviewed annually by a third party registrar to confirm that processes are being followed as documented.
The ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety standard offers the following benefits for Cryotech and its customers:
Additionally, Cryotech holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard and has been adopted by more than one million businesses. It outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service. ISO 14001 is the international standard that helps organizations reduce their environmental impact and put sustainability at the heart of the business. An effective environmental management system, as outlined by ISO 14001, can help an organization improve performance, reduce cost, and cut waste without compromising the product or service.

PAVIX: Proven Winner for All Airport Concrete Infrastructure
International Chem-Crete Corporation (ICC) manufactures and sells PAVIX, a unique line of crystalline waterproofing products that penetrate into the surface of cured concrete to fill and seal pores and capillary voids, creating a long lasting protective zone within the concrete substrate.
Once concrete is treated, water is prevented from penetrating through this protective zone and causing associated damage, such as freeze-thaw cracking, reinforcing steel corrosion, chloride ion penetration, and ASR related cracking.
This white paper discusses how the PAVIX CCC100 technology works and its applications.
