Gulf Shores, Alabama (06-01-2023) – The Gulf Shores Airport Authority at their May 22nd, 2023 meeting approved a land lease with Resicum International, LLC. for construction of a hangar office complex to provide MRO services serving Gulf Shores International Airport – Jack Edwards Field.
Resicum will construct an initial facility of 21,800 sf on a 3.7-acre site next to the recently completed new air traffic control tower facility. From this site they will perform aircraft maintenance, avionics sales and repair along with their existing flight instruction and military service contracts.
Vic Roberts, Authority Chairman, stated “ Resicum/Aeropro has been a welcome tenant on the field for a number of years and we are pleased to see them expand their operation here.”
