FORT MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 28, 2022) – During October, 432,667 passengers traveled through Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. This was a decrease of 44 percent compared to October 2021. Year-to-date, passenger traffic is up 5 percent compared to last year.
The traffic leader in October was Delta with 100,178 total passengers. Rounding out the top five airlines were American (78,911), United (72,677), JetBlue (62,840) and Southwest (39,043).
Southwest Florida International Airport had 5,004 aircraft operations, a decrease of 29 percent compared to October 2021. Page Field (FMY) saw 10,040 operations, a 27 percent decrease compared to October 2021.
